I was attracted by Adèle Exarchopoulos' lips from the poster of Blue Is The Warmest Color. Seductive, in a cross gender way.
The film covers topics like youth, finding self, homosexuality, love, art and so on. Speaking quite frankly, every element could be interpreted much deeper. It's a bit shallow, I would say.
However, I do like the last 28 mins, started from the meet-up scene in a restaurant after the split-up. Feeling sorrow about losing a relationship, a beloved and a closest one who knows you very well. Despite how much feeling remains between the two, it is meant to be a pity. "I am with someone now." Emma said. A heartbroken line. It is life and it is love.
