Never Let Me Go, a book I bought in 2006, but never finished it until today. It took me years for this book, and interestingly I finished the book and the movie on the same day.

While reading the book, I felt it was way too long to depict three of the main characters and every little happenings. However, when watching the movie, the feeling of missing too many details came to me. Then, I started to taste and recall the dainty of the writing.

I love the core idea of the story, but not sure if I like the plot. People often say it's hard to find a movie which is better than the original. Somehow I agree with that, but there are qualities of Never Let Me Go movie I appreciate. I like the rich colors with no strong statement, while there is no color in my virtual scenes of reading this book. And also I love the texture of the movie images. It has created deeper and profounder context.

This movie as the name has never let me go. Today, I finally can let it go. Coincidentally, some things have been haunting me, and I wish to let go just like how I finished this film, Never Let Me Go.
