To Rome With Love

I truly adore Woody Allen. Disregarding if the movies are good or not, his persistence on making films very year is meritorious.

Somehow, I enjoy his later works more, even though those old master pieces are great. You feel the accumulation of one's life experiences and wisdom. You see how time changes one's way of creativity. The topics about love, death, art and life which have been discussed thousand times, Woody keeps refining them in every his new movie. I just love the dialogs.

The character, Monica (Ellen Page), is such on point! In life, there must be someone, who you kind of envy and mix with certain conflict feelings of disagreeing and unwilling to lead the same path. I assume most of the people dislike Monica's role, but it is very clever to add her in the movie.

Once again, I want to say that to make a little trip for Woody Allen's film is always a pleasant experience. From planning ahead to actually sitting in the movie theater. All in all, it is amazing.
